DealerMine recommends maintenance based on the selected vehicles
maintenance schedule. Recommended Maintenance Schedules
are set up in DealerMine upon installation. We customize
maintenance schedules to best suit the needs of your dealership and
manufacturer. We can make schedules specific to year, make, model,
and serial number to ensure the exact maintenance will be
recommended for all different vehicle types.
DealerMine will teach you how to sell vehicle
maintenance simply by providing your Maintenance Advisors with the
information they need to suggest the sale. Your service customer
wants their vehicle maintained, that's why they are there in the
first place. Recommending Maintenance should be the primary function
of your Service Advisors on every customer contact.
All Recommended Maintenance is generally based on
the vehicles estimated mileage and elapsed months since their last
service. It is important to know where to view the customers
Estimated & Elapsed Vehicle Information since it is an important to
know this information when speaking with a customer.
DealerMine is an intelligent tool, which is more often than not,
accurate when estimating a vehicles mileage. The reason why
DealerMine is so efficient, is because our system doesn’t guess, we
use the facts. We look back at the mileage that was entered on all
past service visits, since mileage is recorded and stored in service
history for all vehicles. DealerMine then calculates the time in
between each service visit to accumulate how much the customer
drives on a daily basis. From this, we are able to predict an
estimated mileage that is almost always true, since we base it on
the customer’s actual driving habits.

can easily influence a customer to book an appointment, since most
