As
you know I started off in the Call Centre a year ago. Since
then I have been promoted to Call Centre Supervisor and have
had to learn a lot of things. I would like to say without
your support staff I could not have done it. There is
virtually no wait when I call in and the result of my call
is always handled quickly. There has never been any issue
that hasn’t been resolved to my satisfaction.
Before I came to Jonker Auto Group I had been a service
advisor for a Nissan dealer for 7 years and you can imagine
how much of a change it was for me. Seeing what DealerMine
does has been very beneficial to both Honda and Nissan. We
have literally doubled our income and are currently
pre-booking service appointments at 1.3 hours before
customers even get here. Im amazed to look back at myself as
an advisor and realize what myself and the company were
unable to do that DealerMine can. It has freed our advisors
up to focus on the customers, as they hardly have to answer
any phone calls.
