DealerMine was developed in our Information Center 5 years ago
and is definitely here to stay! Since the inception of
DealerMine our CSI, for both Service and Sales, has
continually and dramatically improved! We are now ranked
number 1 in Canada for Service CSI and number 6 in Canada for
Sales CSI. We have also seen a 50% increase in gross profit in
Service. DealerMine has played a major role in accomplishing
these significant achievements. It has also reduced the number
of special order parts that sit on the shelf. The reporting
aspect of DealerMine is also very effective & we live by our
daily reports here at Brett's.
